Rujul is an Associate, Commercial Due-Diligence and Research at Tidemark. Before joining Tidemark, he was with the Corporate Strategy and M&A team at HighRadius where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluations, investments, and post-merger integrations. He began his career at Bain & Co. in Germany, working in a Private Equity group with a focus on tech due diligence.
Rujul holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Management from RWTH Aachen University, Germany (in partnership with the University of Cambridge), and a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, India. Originally from India, Rujul enjoys pursuing outdoor activities (running, hiking, and backpacking across countries), cooking Indian cuisine, and cheering for RCB.
