Back to team

Grace has been a leader in operations, strategy and philanthropy for more than 20 years. As Tidemark’s executive vice president of philanthropy and interim chief operating officer, she is leading the firm’s efforts to give back by creating the Tidemark Foundation —  a fund and community that will work with nonprofits aligned in purpose with Tidemark’s portfolio.

Grace started her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where she specialized in helping companies create and implement the strategy and processes they need as they reach maturity. After more than a decade at Bain, she directed strategy and corporate development projects at Intuit, and in 2019 managed operations at End-to-End Analytics, an optimization and analytics firm later acquired by Accenture.

Starting in 2016, Grace brought her experience with operations and process to philanthropy. She served as board chair of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business’ Alumni Consulting Team. There, she structured programs to engage and motivate business people in philanthropy.  Most recently, Grace was a partner at the Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund (SV2), a community giving organization that identifies core issues, develops a theory of change, and supports nonprofits bringing that change to life.

Grace is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. She has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and M.B.A. from Stanford. When she’s not setting up the Foundation or managing Tidemark’s operations, Grace heads outside for a run or to optimistically tend to her seldom-flourishing vegetable garden.
